The reception area is very disorganized, staff are talking and giggling like in a different world not paying attention to guests, the overall organization of the checkin is not professional at all

The airport shuttle was easy to use and they were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food was expensive for what it was and especially relative to Egyptian prices.
